There’s something uniquely appealing about watching someone playing a videogame, especially when they do it with a good skill level, and today I am totally invested in Sn0wi’s show while she enjoys a few rounds of Fortnite.
What I like most is that her character looks cool, and while she prepares for all the in-game battles, her comments are non-gaming related, which really adds a nice layer of variety that gives us fun stuff from two fronts through the gameplay, and the interesting interactions with her audience.
Something else I appreciate is how well we can see the whimsical nature of the game, and how each player can focus on their own style for the characters they play as, because Sn0wi is playing with a character that has tactical gear on, which looks appropriate for the type of gameplay she goes with, but there are also other players showing off their own individual styles through their characters. There’s even a Goku turned super Saiyan running around, which is just a breath of fresh air to the seriousness multiplayer games sometimes focus on.
