As the cosplay industry grows, so as the number of themes of the cosplay art. While others remain loyal to the “original” (classic and 100% character-based cosplaying), others have developed their own themes and style, representing not only the character they portray but the cosplayers themselves. It actually adds more flavor and variety to the character making it unique and interesting just like Absentia‘s corset themed cosplay.
Here’s her Catwoman corset cosplay which was inspired from the Catwoman’s character design in “The Batman Adventures” series with an alternative gothic touch to perfectly match the corset detail. The whole costume was designed and made by Absentia herself except for the corset which was custom-made for her by Timeless Trends Corset.
