Shinobis are incredibly powerful groups of people that definitely have a lot of things to do on a daily basis, including protection, defending and looking absolutely incredible in the Akatsuki robes that they have on. Gloriette__ seems to be part of them too.
But it seems like the villages around are empty or do not have much traffic going around that warrant saving people, which is why she has sat down to play virtually and help people in other areas of fantasy. As a general, she seems to be doing quite a good job at keeping her troops afoot though threats are incoming all the time.
