2016 may be the year of ASUS because of their release of the premium phones. As we all know, Apple and Samsung has been battling on the smartphones industry and people just can’t decide which one is the best. ASUS have been staying behind the limelight for quite some time and when they released their Zenfone 2, people really appreciated it because it was a high-quality smartphone but at the same time, cheaper than those premium phones. Their Zenfone 2 Selfie also became popular to those who loves to make a selfie and to those who wants to have a smartphone with an amazing camera.
On May 2016, ASUS released ASUS Zenfone 3, which is their premium phone, that can actually match the specs of the other smartphone brands — either on the inside or outseide — and at the same time, cheaper than those high-end smartphones.
It is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The 2 GB of RAM was fast enough but 3 GB of RAM is way cooler especially if you’re a gamer. As for the ROM, it has a 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB through a microSD card.
For the camera, Zenfone 3 has a 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for people who would like to take great and amazing selfies.
As usual, this is an Android phone and for the battery, Zenfone 3 has a 3000mAh non removable battery.
I’ve noticed on the sides and front, it somewhat resembles iPhone 6s and on the back, it resembles Samsung S7 but this one is very much cheaper compared to those phones and it can really compete but at the same time, not ruin your budget.
