When it comes to anime, manga, and games, the characters with elf ears are not unusual. However, even though they have pointy ears it doesn’t necessarily mean they’re elves or part of any elven race. Sometimes they’re some sort of fantasy-related race like fairies or demons that happen to have pointed ears. Much like cat ears and bunny ears, the use of elf ears has its own unique popularity among the otaku community. Which is why Takomayuyi’s cosplay of Arknight’s Eunectes has caught the attention of a lot of elf-ear fanboys. In the game, the characters belong to different races, Eunectes belongs to the Pythians. They are an ancient race with the traits of serpents. Nothing to do with Evles! Even so, what do you think of this cosplay?
