Pennywise is a top notch cosplay for Halloween because honestly, why not get completely enamored in the murdering of a whole set of innocent folk and get a whole following from it? Diamonnd_99 has really outdone herself in full with this one, going from tutu to makeup and really getting it all uniquely fitted.
I do love how the makeup spills down her face and matches with the various details of the outfit that she wears. There are no balloons to be found, though maybe the one who summoned her has met the business end of her giggle before seeing the light.
