Catwoman uses that whip to get around various buildings and escape (or chase after) Batman. Today it’s here to be an extra accessory to this awesome cosplay. It looks inspired by multiple different versions of the character. The mask has stitch marks all over it, which reminds me of Batman Returns. The rest of the outfit looks more like it came from the Halle Berry movie. The combination works purrfectly!
