I’ve seen an interest twist on a lot of stories, but I’ve yet to see the Disney version of the Little Mermaid dive into the horrors that can be found in the children’s horror fiction world. Luckily, KristieBish‘s version is doing just that!
What I truly love about her is the little voices that she does to really bring together the character but also add a little bit of spoopiness to the mix since it is almost the season to be spooky. I also appreciate the classic Ariel eyes and mannerisms that come out when she flips a page or bats her eyelashes – really bringing the universes of horror fairytale to Disney princess to terrifying stories all in one.
Maybe the Little Mermaid wants to be where the people are, but I wanna be part of KristieBish‘s world of stories, scared and cosplays, that’s for sure!
