Are you familiar with Kaho Shibuya? I wasn’t. Until I chanced upon her cosplaying this character, Sheryl Nome from Macross Frontier, an anime with an interstellarly huge fanbase in Japan to this day. The franchise is so popular and its fanbase so huge that I don’t even watch Macross Frontier but I know about it because it’s highly talked about by any real otaku of any age. It’s so famous that Kaho Shibuya, a Japanese cosplay model, radio host, actress, author, and former adult video idol is cosplaying a character from it.
