Perhaps one of the controversial game genres outside of Japan is the dating simulation that is perceived to be for those with low self-esteem who’ve never had or never will get a girl in real life. There may or may not be truth in that statement but I’m pretty sure there are those who see the game not as a form of escapism and simply view it as a laid back game with an appealing storyline.
Developer and publisher, Konami’s infamous “Love Plus” is definitely not another shoddy and plotless perverted game. The game’s pure characters and charming storyline made it even all the more well received by the gaming community.
Although it may be difficult to find such perfect girls in reality, Chinese cosplayer, Nyako, has physically succeeded in bringing to life Love Plus’s model student heroine, Manaka Takane. Her genuine expressions and innocent eyes make her cosplay all the more convincing. It’s like seeing 2D turn into 3D!
