We love seeing fandom from around the world, and found this incredible cosplay of Kidagakash “Kida” Nedakh from the Disney movie, Atlantis: The Lost Empire.
The cosplayer is Gulzhan, known online as Hikaru or Hikaru-KZ. She’s based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and does some seriously cool costuming, including Amber from Sucker Punch, and a Crystal Maiden from Dota 2.
Everything about this cosplay is drawn right from the character – the waterfalls in the background, the silvery, shimmering hair, the exotic face paint, the gorgeous clothing, and the accessories. Her caramel skin goes superbly with the revealing turquoise outfit, and blue contacts complete the costume. The combat skills of the Atlantean warrior princess are incorporated into the cosplay, as Hikaru also assembled Kida’s large spear and mask.

Hikaru attends some local Kazakh festivals and events, such as Toikazan, but does not appear to have made it to any American conventions yet.
