Belldandy can I become you BellDaddy? So who’s your Daddy? Just kidding. When I first became a fan of anime, there were just a few anime which I can watch in my location and those few are only the most popular anime which can be broadcasted worldwide. I’ve watch old but great anime like Yu yu Hakusho, Slam Dunk, Law of Ueki and Dragon Ball and most common of all those is that they are all Shonen Anime or what you call Action Anime for Boys but there also good anime which focuses on Romance like Please Teacher and Oh my goddess which, well, as a young boy I thought of watching them makes me gay but nevertheless I still watched it since I was very curious it became so popular worldwide. Like what I said, I watch them but what I will be talking about is a main character from Oh my Goddess, Belldandy.
Belldandy is a Goddess Princess from Heaven and the main female protagonist of the Ah! My Goddess series. She first appeared to Keiichi to grant him his heart’s greatest wish, resulting in him voicing his desire to have her remain by his side forever.
You know what’s mainstream about Japan? It’s about promoting and personifying the ideal or dream girlfriend in the media whether it’ll be through anime or real life idols. But nevertheless Belldandy really did became famous and became an ideal or dream girlfriend not only for Japanese guys but for all anime lovers. I love how Yaya Han portayed Belldandy in this cosplay, she used 4 different color extension for the wig to match Belldandy’s unique hairstyle. I love how this cosplay resembles pureness and clarity with the main theme focusing on light colors such as whitem pink and light brown. The wings were great and is very light according to Yaya Han and it matches the dress really well, I think she can still use this cosplay in other things by changing the wig and become another character.
This cosplayer is without a doubt have a great talent for both modelling and tailoring her costumes let’s at least support her by following her on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube Channel and DeviantArt. Let’s also support her photographer Kyle Johnsen photography.
