The cosplay culture is indeed evolving. With the creative minds of cosplay artists and costume makers, creative cosplay ideas have finally paved its way into the cosplay spotlight. Though the traditional cosplay still remains undaunted in the industry, creative cosplay ideas, like cosplay evolutions, are now becoming more and more welcome and popular in the cosplay fandom.
One of the most eye-catching cosplay evolution pieces that I’ve seen so far is this Werewolverine cosplay by Haunted Cosplay. Yes, you read it right. He’s a combination of a werewolf and the most badass marvel hero Wolverine, hence the name Werewolverine.
Haunted Cosplay is a New England cosplayer with a knack for scary Halloween cosplay ideas. No wonder he came up with this strangely terrifying yet unique Werewolverine cosplay. The suit was made through his collaborative effort with his friend Rotten Artist.
He wore this cosplay suit at the Rhode Island Comic Con 2017, Boston Comic Con 2017, The Connecticut’s Terrific Comic Con 2017, MASSive Comic Con 2017, and Comic Con 2017. His Werewolverine cosplay attracted a lot of attention in the Comic Con 2017 that he won 3rd Place in the Costume Contest.
