American Dad may not be quite as famous as Family Guy, but it does seem to beat its predecessor in quality. For one thing, Francine never seemed to get as bitter as Lois did as time went by. As funny as marriage mishaps can be, watching Peter and Lois’s marriage deteriorate over a decade and a half isn’t exactly my idea of a good time. What I love about this cosplay is that it shows us Stan and Francine’s devotion to each other, which has endured over the 10+ seasons the show has been on. Unidentified Friend has Francine’s pose down, and Eric–Cartman bears a physical resemblance to Stan (dark hair and eyebrows especially). Double win.
