It has been 3 year since the first movie, World War Z, came out with Brad Pitt as the main character. Back then, the people’s response to zombie apocalypse was overly great but will this type of movie be as famous on 2017?
This year, Steven Knight confirmed World War Z 2 but with a twist — it will not start where it left off. Because of this, a lot of speculation came out including one that says Brad Pitt may not be in this movie.
Given that World War Z was his first movie with the highest grossing film of his entire career, I don’t think Brad Pitt will just throw this chance away — or the producers — and just disregard the fact that Pitt is not a fan of sequels — except for the Ocean’s installments.
As of August 27,2016, Skydance and Paramount had no comment on the development of the movie.
