Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows

Finally, here it is! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is due to be released this June 3,2016 and I’m sure that all 90s kids, enthusiasts and fanatics are excited to see what the sequel has in store for us.
Megan Fox will be reprising her role as April O’Neil as well as Will Arnett as Vern Fenwick and William Fichtner as Erics Sacks. Voice actors will also be reprising their roles, Pete Ploszek as Leonardo, Alan Ritchson as Raphael, Noel Fisher as Michelangelo, Jeremy Howard as Donatello and Tony Shalhoub as Master Splinter (voice role). Besides that, what else is new?

Tohoru Masamune won’t be reprising his role as The Shredder but will be replaced by Brian Tee (The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift).

Old is new, as they say. The characters we know back in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series back in the 90s are back. First off, Bebop and Rocksteady will be featured in this movie, starting from how they became mutants. They’re big and bulky and surely going to cost our beloved turtles some action.

Casey Jones will also be featured in this movie, played by Stephen Amell. Krang will be in this movie too, played by Brad Garrett, and seriously an icon back in the 90s as the turtles’ enemy besides the Shredder.

This is like a throwback movie but there’s also a lot to look forward to. Besides Shredder, dealing with Krang will mean that there will be an alien invasion in New York and, yes, that would mean a lot of action for the guys and to April as well!

I’m glad that they gave April a lot of action scenes this time rather than being kidnapped. Not to forget the scene where April goes sexy undercover to help the guys out. I can’t wait to see her and Casey in action!

Who doesn’t like cameos? I like cameos especially when I know that one of those is actually from the original movie. I’m talking about Judith Hoag, who played April O’Neil in the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie back in 1990. Alessandra Ambrosio, the Victoria’s Secret angel will also be making a cameo. Famous athletes will also be making their cameos, namely Charlotte Hornets player Spencer Hawes, Los Angeles Clippers players DeAndre Jordan, J.J. Redick, Austin Rivers, Memphis Grizzlies player Matt Barnes and New York Knicks star player Carmelo Anthony. So better watch out for those people when you go to the theaters this June 3,2016!
