So the SyFy channel has been putting out an incredible amount of original programming. Their most recent original is a zombie western, written by Sawyer Perry and Nick Carter. Yes, that Nick Carter. The film stars Nick Carter, as well, and also features A.J. McLean, Art Alexakis, Brie Cubelic, Carrie Keagan, Chloe Lattanzi, Chris Kirkpatrick, Dan Czerwonka, Dan Miller, Debra Wilson, Delious, Dylan Vox, Erik-Michael Estrada, Frenchie Davis, Gerardo Mejía, Howie Dorough, Jacob Underwood, Jeff Timmons, Jeremy M. Inman, Joey Fatone, Jon Secada, Keith Jeffery, Kiara Smith, Lauren Kitt Carter, Maiah Wynne, Matt Mhoon, Seth ‘Shifty Shellshock’ Binzer, Steve Filice, Tabatha Joy, Tommy McCarthy, and Trevor Penick.
So, yes, it is stunt casting and zombies, but it looks like they’ve actually worked to put together something divertingly watchable. With most US cable television providers, you can log in on the SyFy site and watch Dead 7 for free. Mine displayed it a bit oddly on my screen at first, but it eventually worked. The SyFy app on Roku is much smoother streaming and an easier interface, in my experience.
Oh my God, they’re back again! This post-apocalyptic Western follows a group of gunslingers as they look to rid a small town of a zombie plague. Feature a 90s boy band extravaganza.
Members of *INSYNC, The Backstreet Bous, 98 Degrees, and O-Town battle zombies in the Old West. We for real aren’t lying.
