It has been two years since the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie was released and we all loved it! Back in June 2015, it was announced that there will be another Guardians of the Galaxy movie, which made us all excited; however, it won’t be until 2017.
After the announcement, there’s been little — or none at all — information that was released for the public to anticipate to or expect for the movie. We do know that, yes, the team will be back.
Finally, just this week (3rd week of June 2016), Marvel finally released an official synopsis about the second movie.
“Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2’, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes’ aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.”
Although Marvel released this, little has been released about Ayesha, a villain, which is played by Elizabeth Debicki.
All I know is that, this is going to be a very busy year for Marvel and the Marvel fans. Take note of the release date, which is April 25, 2017.
