The deep blue uniform definitely says that she’s got a tricorder and she knows how to use it. That shiny Starfleet insignia on her chest definitely told me that I cannot diagnose a warp-core failure no matter how much I try. She’s got a sparkle in her eye that says she’s more than prepared to Spock-splain the science behind why beaming into the anomaly might not be the best idea
