I’m looking at the co-op suffering committee that is this game and EmGreens looks like she has already accepted that the Lands Between are about to invoice everyone for breathing.
The screen is dark, foggy, full of cursed grass, tiny glowing red nonsense and that classic feeling where even the horizon looks like it wants to parry. Very much not a casual stroll, more like three Tarnished wandered into a project and Nightreign makes it even funnier because the squad element sounds helpful until everyone realizes teamwork just means witnessing each other’s bad decisions in real time. One person is creeping through a tunnel, one person is getting jumped by something with too many limbs and someone has probably said they’re low on flasks while standing directly inside danger.
EmGreens is staring at the screen with the patience of someone waiting for the inevitable YOU DIED to arrive. But it won’t. Right? RIGHT?
