Hella_Hell’s usual pair of elf ears have turned into a bright red pair of fox ears and it’s a great way to make today’s cosplay show even more foxy and fabulous.
She is dressed up as a nurse and the office is open for any new patients. This isn’t a nurse uniform seen in any hospital. This looks far more elegant and sexy with lace and ribbons decorating the whole dress. Of course the red cross symbol is right there in the middle, letting everyone know that she is here to help.
