Sailor Moon is just one of those really cool looks that do make Halloween a really fun part to be enjoying, though I have to say that I love some bit of personalization in an outfit and Your_babyboo has done a really well job at doing just that in hers.
The white top, the blue bottoms, the red ribbon that sits on her chest all make this a wonderful part of the costume that she has made sure to fit properly.
