Sailor Moon is an iconic character that has spanned continious cosplays, media and of course, depitcitons. What I love is the fact that people tend to add their own elements to the outfits, though Pamela_doll3 seems to be sticking to parts of the original outfit that made it so legendary.
In fact, she has also added bits and pieces of her own accessories that seem to match the stars that decorate her forehead and match the light from the universe that she does so wonderfully. But the colors mesh together so well with the fit.
