Alice does not spend her time carving anything but her own sanity within the walls of Wonderland, so I do wonder when she has the time to carve out pumpkins but it looks like Aliceisonfire knows.
In fact, she is making sure Alice knows all about the plights of getting a good Halloween decoration in, because she is really raking in that knife and gutting the orange out of the whole thing with one long swoop.
