Cirno is technically an ice fairy in Touhou. That means she’s very calculated and very cold and in the actual game, she’s one of the little angry characters that is sometimes a hassle to deal with. Rei_Ayanamii may have picked her for her cosplay tonight, but she is furthest from the actual character considering how big of a ray of sunshine she is at all times. Her big smile can probably cure most things in life – especially when she’s talking about getting a puppy as her new companion soon.
