While most cosplayers were wearing warmer clothes, these people just seem to be not bothered by the cold at all.
A lot of people will surely miss seeing the cosplay photos this year. The spread of COVID-19 has had many events cancelled but should this year’s Winter Komiket push through, the event will be held on December 28 to 31, 2020 at Tokyo Big Sight.
