That age old adage of the doctor being kept away because of an apple a day never made much sense to me. Until that is, I see Isabella04 in her little maid uniform. And it all makes sense. Because that way nurse Isabella04 can come instead to give a little check up on the patient. And I’m definitely down for that scenario.
I’m also a real big fan of simple fantasy cosplays like a maid because it’s just super fun and sexy at the same time, especially if it’s like a piece this brunette is wearing – a separated bra top with some bottoms that has the cross on each side.
