Anybody who ships Sherlock and Watson (and really, who doesn’t?) will appreciate the adorability of this cosplay by Minzpyjama and Schuldigsama, and even those who don’t ship them will be impressed by the canon motifs in this photo: namely, Sherlock’s violin and pipe. That’s what makes this cosplay great: its endearing nerdiness. The fact that two gay men are portrayed by two gay women adds a playful ironic flair. The background could definitely pass for 221B Baker St, and the poses are incredibly on point (great use for the pipe). Photographer crisinlake gets some serious brownie points for a job well done.
