The thick-rimmed glasses, the orange sweater, skirt, and thigh-highs. But, her tattoos give this Velma a little bit of a wild side. This is the perfect cosplay with Halloween right around the corner.
Velma was always the brains behind the operation on Scooby-Doo, so it makes sense that this girl dressing up as her is more than just a pretty face. She talks about all sorts of topics with her fans in her room, from her favorite cars to her Halloween plans, all set to a rocking metal playlist in the background.
