Saving Hide Mutsuki is a bit messy because CCG’s raid was not just to save Mutsuki but to capture The Nutcracker and The Madame. By now you would have guessed why she’s called The Nutcracker.
There are ghouls we’ve noticed before on previous seasons that are here in the raid but there’s some gender traps along the way, too. Besides manga readers, for anime fanatics and for those who only watched the anime version of Tokyo Ghoul, was I the only one thinking that Mutsuki was a guy? Although on the first few episodes we’ve seen Mutsuki acting so feminine but is Mutsuki male or female?
In this episode it was revealed that Mutsuki is indeed a female character. While we all know that Juuzou Suzuya is a “he”, he definitely looked so feminine dressing up as a girl. He even sounded like a girl when he met up with Urie!
