OK, so maybe Link isn’t a sprite or a leprechaun, but he’s a great character to bring out on St. Patrick’s Day because of his forest green-themed attire. Laovaan does a great job in a Link-esque action pose in this cosplay. As an added bonus, he actually resembles Link, which no amount of makeup can replace. Echelon’s photos place Link in his home environment, and even though there’s a lot of forestry here, none of it distracts from the focal point. Everything about this costume shines… even the boots and fingerless gloves have a literal sheen to them! Gamescom was quite lucky to have this cosplay in its cosplay ranks a couple years back.
