Ladee Danger brings us today’s cosplay spotlight, featuring the lovely but deadly Ciri of The Witcher 3 fame. For those unfamiliar with the game, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt continues the story of Geralt of Rivia, a witcher who travels the land as a monster-slaying mercenary and medieval troubleshooter. Ciri (full name Cirilla) is Geralt’s adopted daughter, trained in her early years with the skills and knowledge of a witcher, but was never subjected to the final ritual that turns one into a true witcher. As I mentioned in my earlier The Witcher 3 related cosplay post, I’m an avid fan of this epic RPG series. There’s just something magical about seeing your favorite video game characters come to (real) life through the wonders of cosplaying. This perfect portrayal of Ciri is definitely a dream come true!
There’re not a lot of details on the cosplayer Ladee Danger, aside from tidbits of information on her social media pages such as her being a “cosplayer, performer, costume designer and makeup artist.” She’s also a “Miss Star Trek Universe 2013 1st Runner Up”, which I assume is a pageant of sorts related to the franchise. Based on her Facebook page timeline, she’s been cosplaying and modeling since 2012, though, most likely even earlier. She also has a Twitch.tv channel where she streams her gaming geekiness from time to time.
