There’s been a trend of cosplay body paint happening, most of it excellent, some of it, not so good. This example of Big Barda is seriously killing it. This was part of the International Makeup Artists Trade Show and shows that Lisa Berczel understands how to bring a 2D character to life. She looks like pure pop art, highly stylized and I love it. Big Barda is a strong female character who is not often cosplayed and I don’t understand why. She kicks serious ass AND WEARS PANTS DOING IT. Well, tights, or leggings or something. Model/Body Builder Evina Luna gets some kudos here too, look at that body, she’s totally sexy but has muscles that make me jealous. This post will make many of you dear readers happy, including my husband. Killing it.
