Every year I think I’m going to make some crazy Halloween costume, but it never comes to fruition, for whatever reason. I did make my Fallout Vault Dweller Jumpsuit about 4 years ago, but I didn’t do anything fun. Unless you call hanging out on your porch and then wrecking the local karaoke fun. Which I do. I have a plan for this year, but again, I’m not sure if I’ll actually pull through. But I do want you crazy cats to dress up so here are a few makeup tutorials to give you some ideas.
