The world may be cruel, but fear not: Batman’s back to save the day! Julian Checkley’s cosplay features a wonderfully detailed costume and a great background complete with sunset colors. Featured at Dublin Comic Con and having drawn praise from people around the world, this costume has effectively demonstrated its international appeal. The cape’s dramatic sweep is perfectly done (and must have taken a lot of work with a fan), and there are so many other costume details on point that it’s difficult to know where to begin. So, being woefully unfamiliar with all of Batman’s bat gear, I’ll simply give the complete look an A+.
It looks like Batman will be able to make to Dublin Comic Con after all, where we’ll be shooting a little bit of TV footage for a project we’ve been working on.
