Cannddyy_new looks ready to run Konoha, heal half the village and then lose the village treasury at a blackjack table before lunch.
The green outer robe is also wonderfully Tsunade because she has always dressed like somebody who technically holds the highest political office in the village but refuses to acknowledge the existence of business casual. Naruto spent years trying to become Hokage. Tsunade became Hokage and immediately proved the position apparently comes with zero buttons.
Cannddyy_new is simultaneously one of the greatest medical ninja alive, strong enough to remodel a building with one fist, permanently drowning in paperwork and famously terrible at gambling. The woman can regenerate organs but apparently cannot regenerate a winning streak.
