MalaikaBrown‘s Asuka Langley-inspired cosplay takes the classic Unit-02 plugsuit and decides that NERV’s dress code was clearly more of a suggestion.
The bright red bodysuit immediately sells the reference, with the green chest panels, black detailing and little mechanical accents doing enough Evangelion homework that nobody is mistaking this for generic sci-fi spandex. The neckline has, admittedly, gone through a fairly dramatic budget revision. Apparently SEELE approved additional ventilation. Red everywhere, sharp lines, absolutely zero interest in blending into the background.
NERV may be trying to prevent the Third Impact, but MalaikaBrown seems considerably more interested in causing one.
