Alt Cosplay RPG Tattoo SF Photography Collection

711

For the next couple weeks, you can get seven zips of sexy cosplay, gamer, and costume images shot by Amelia G and Forrest Black of Blue Blood fame. The package features more than 400 photographs and includes Scarlet Starr, Zelda, Mistress Monster, Scar 13, Ruby Violence, Pandora Von Kit, and Kasey Kasket. The offer is via the crowdfunding site RocketHub. Among the potential rewards, or goods as they are known on Rocket Hub is the California Deathrock book. (Note to self: remember to write up CADR book.) Anyway, the goods package which includes the photo collection and the hardcover art book is a really good deal. Worth checking out.

With my shooting partner, Forrest Black, I enjoy creating sexy imagery, inspired by science fiction, fantasy, horror, cosplay, anime, manga, roleplaying games, and comic books. You can help support me shooting more of this for the summer and you can immediately enjoy 400+ images of 7 beautiful cosplayers I have been fortunate enough to get to immortalize in photographs. Rewards have already been shot and post production is 100% complete, so I will deliver rewards immediately the day RocketHub sends me dough. I am also offering our coffee table book California Deathrock, which came out earlier this year, as a reward for backing my upcoming collaborations with costume cuties.

Seeing the cantina scene in Star Wars as a child was a watershed moment for me. I looked at the motley crew of freaks and degenerates and weirdos and heroes having fun and looking to be productive and I wanted to go to there. I devoured Edgar Rice Burroughs, Ben Bova, Clifford D. Simak, Harry Harrison, Isaac Asimov, Robert Heinlein, Alan Dean Foster, J.R.R. Tolkien, Terry Brooks, and more. I enjoyed a largely solitary science fiction and fantasy escapism. I attended a new school almost every year and, while adventurers meeting in a tavern might easily tell one another everything of importance, I didn’t really feel like my peers were likely to want to hear about my peculiar interests. And then I got to high school and sexuality and I moved to a country where I couldn’t read the language of the local bookstores’ books. And I might have put aside such interests, only peers with roleplaying games slowly became more numerous. I loved the way RPGs let me explore who I wanted to be when I grew up. When I moved back to the USA to attend college I discovered science fiction cons and costuming for conventions. The indie comic book scene was exploding at the time. And then cyberpunk broke big with William Gibson, John Shirley, Bruce Sterling, and other authors who incorporated subculture and darkness and brand name reality and the sense that maybe this genre was for grown-ups after all.

I’m looking forward to some really creative collaborations with cosplayers this summer, including some of the beauties in this collection. I always compensate the people who model; they work so hard on their outfits and style. I also often find myself needing budget for cyber gun turret rental, giant d12 repair, realistic Home Depot swamp debris, buckets of green bodypaint, and other essential art supplies. Your support will help secure some great shoot locations this summer and put a smile on my face. Thanks!
