I must confess I don’t recognize the character AmieChan is dressed up as, and doing an internet search about it means I have to look away for a moment, which is something I don’t want to do.
Just kidding! She is actually cosplaying as Yoko Littner from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, but I think she looks way better than the original character, what do you think? (By the way, I still cannot look away, not even to write these words).
