Chattacon began as a casual relaxacon in the 1970’s, with a focus on positive fandom. Unlike most similar conventions, this one managed to grow into a bigger and bigger event, while maintaining a true fandom vibe. Guests of Honor include writer Martin Powell, historian B.L. Blankenship, artist Leia Powell , and cosplayer Paige Gardner.
