This absolutely nails Harley because it has that exact mix of playful and unhinged that makes the whole character work. The split color suit, the oversized jester horns, the sharp little mask and the black lips all scream comic book chaos. She arrived with a plan and that plan is probably terrible for everyone else. Just very calm, very pretty, very likely to start trouble for the fun of it and then stand there acting like none of it was her fault.
