Scar__lett is going for Pennywise but making the clown look way too cute to be trusted.
The ruffles, little puff sleeves, red trim and clown makeup are all doing the It thing perfectly, except instead of running away from this sewer clown I fear most people are voluntarily climbing into the storm drain. The red lines running through the eyes into that little painted smile give her the proper Pennywise creepiness without losing the pretty part, and the tiny space buns somehow make an evil clown look adorable. Stephen King did not prepare us for this particular chapter.
Honestly, anyone would have survived if Pennywise looked like this. They would have just stood there holding the boat like well… maybe the sewer has benefits and they come in the form of Scar__lett!
