Believe it. Emmanakamura‘s Naruto has apparently discovered the forbidden technique known as serving face no jutsu and frankly Konoha was not prepared for the chakra levels involved.
The blonde pigtails, Leaf Village headband and little whisker marks make the character obvious immediately, but the orange and black outfit takes Naruto’s usual tracksuit energy and sends it straight through the Sexy Jutsu department. For sure Iruka is developing a stress headache and Kakashi has very suddenly become interested in looking up from his book.
No Rasengan required either. The real technique here is apparently Emmanakamura maintaining eye contact while carrying enough chaotic Uzumaki energy to make a Shadow Clone immediately volunteer for overtime.
