The future Pirate King has apparently made a stop before the Grand Line and Reoko_ came prepared with the most important piece of equipment possible: the straw hat.
The second that hat goes on, it is over. No Devil Fruit explanation needed, no wanted poster required, Luffy has entered the building. The red vest and little scar detail on the cheek do a lot of the heavy lifting, but the hat really sells it. It has that wonderfully stupid Luffy energy where he could be standing in the middle of a naval base surrounded by enemies and still somehow look like he is mainly thinking about lunch.
Somewhere nearby, Sanji has already started cooking and Nami is yelling about expenses. The One Piece may still be out there somewhere, but the true treasure has very clearly been found in Reoko_!
