There’s a carnival rolling through this Halloween and what makes it so special is the fact that Pennywise The Clown has taken over hosting duties. At least as long as Newchloe18 is here to cosplay as the iconic killer clown.
I love how atmospheric the carnival itself looks. It’s got the perfect mix of spooky and fun. Just like her Pennywise outfit. There are balloons scattered all around the carnival ground, a cotton candy machine in the background and a popcorn machine right next to her. That one even gets put to good use as she fills up a whole bucket with delicious popcorn.
Newchloe18 is doing a great job of running her carnival and serving up such delicious treats to all her visitors. I never knew Pennywise could be such a good host!
