Xena_Saturn has very strong Bulma if she got bored of waiting for Goku to do literally anything useful and decided to start her own side quest energy.
The blue hair and bunny ears do most of the heavy lifting immediately, so the whole look reads like Capsule Corp took a detour through a nightclub and somehow came out even stronger for it. Less lab genius in a panic, more lab genius who already built the machine, got the dragon radar working and now has time to sit there looking mildly unimpressed with everybody else.
The whole thing is very much giving Bulma if she got her own stream setup and spent the entire broadcast roasting Vegeta, charging the radar and pretending she was not absolutely carrying the plot. Xena_Saturn is cute, a little chaotic and a whole lotta genius!
