CelesteNoir has gone full cheer captain here and the black-and-red uniform is doing a lot of the work.
The cropped jersey with the big number 10 feels less like a normal cheer top and more like she has personally been drafted into the league of naughty decisions. The matching pleated skirt keeps the whole thing very classic pep-rally, just with enough black and red to make it look like the school mascot might actually be a minor demon. No need for judges, no need for VAR, the score is already printed on the uniform.
CelesteNoir is basically cheerleader by way of a slightly evil sports anime: crop top, pleated skirt, fishnets, red-and-black palette and enough attitude baked into the design to make pom-poms feel optional. Give me an A, give me a D, give me another D, apparently.
