Mikasa has apparently decided the standard Survey Corps uniform contains far too much fabric and nowhere near enough tactical cleavage, which is where MalaikaBrown has come in to do that instead.
The cropped brown jacket keeps the familiar military look, complete with the Wings of Freedom insignia on both sleeves, while the matching bikini turns regulation equipment into something Levi would immediately declare a disciplinary issue. It still reads clearly as Attack on Titan without needing the full harness, boots or several kilograms of ODM gear hanging from every available limb.
