It’s hard to fully become Tony Tony Chopper when the character is an actual reinderr, but she’s managed to take all of Tony’s various accessories and use them as part of a fantastic looking cosplay. That fluffy medic hat, the yellow top and the blue painted on nose all add up to make her look Tony-tastic.
