The outfit is giving honor-roll chaos cutie from the sailor collar, navy bow and fluffy bear-ears to the expression on Emili_Cute‘s face that is just about the cutest. Plus, the kind of pleated skirt that says she came to class with one pencil, zero notes, and somehow still convinced the teacher the homework was for sure done.
If anything, I feel like she’s giving an anime transfer student who arrives in episode three and immediately derails the entire syllabus. Though I will say she is having some freedoms with how she’s managed to make her outfit look and showing a bit more skin, perhaps even a little bit of a naughty look to her in the process too.
